This mental health charity offers Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, using the healing power of nature and the outdoors to improve mental well being, boost self-esteem and social inclusion, and encourage long-term recovery.
In 2015, VCV planted a row of trees on the western edge. In 2016, VCV helped to create the pond, which is now home to wild fowl and dragonflies. We regularly manage their nursery of rare trees - the black poplar, which is another source of income for this charity.
