We do work for many local parish councils and local environmental groups. Here are just a few of those activities.

We remove an invasive plant, the Himalayan Balsam, which has overwhelmed areas around the Bearbrook stream.
After an hour spent removing thistles from the new orchard, we venture into the wildflower meadow to conduct a plant survey.
We thin a line of trees on the edge of a woodland, to encourage fresh plant growth, which is important for butterflies.
We prepare an area near the crematorium in readiness for a wildflower meadow.
We clear a sloping bank before we plant some wildflower seeds. We found lots of nettle roots!

We help the Maids Moreton Conservation Group to improve the area for wildlife around Scotts Lane.
Around the edge of the woodland, we clear several areas to encourage new growth of blackthorn bush, which attracts some rare butterflies.
